Blind Contacts

Blind contacts are lenses with a fully covered pupil zone that create the blank white or pitch-black eye seen on blind anime characters, possessed characters and dolls. Because the pupil is covered, these lenses heavily reduce vision, so we design them for photos, short appearances and costumes — never for driving or activity. Blind White and Blind Black are the two classic versions we carry. We designed them with safety in mind.

Yes. Our Blind White lenses sit as a bright, blank white over most eye colors, including deep brown and black, because the entire iris and pupil are covered by the design. Blind Black creates the opposite effect — an empty dark eye that works on any iris. The full-coverage print is what makes the blind-eye look read clearly from a distance. We designed both shades for maximum costume impact.

We recommend wearing them only for photos, short costume appearances and staged scenes where someone can guide you. Never wear them while driving, walking outside, or doing anything that needs clear sight. For a full white look with better vision, consider white sclera styles with a clear pupil zone instead.

Never sleep in them, never drive with them, and remove them the moment your eyes feel dry or uncomfortable. Have a friend nearby to guide you, and take breaks between scenes. When in doubt, take them out. Your comfort always comes first with us.
