If your shipping fee is $0.00, you are not in an extra-charge area. Any additional fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. The delivery times listed above are in addition to processing time.

How long does colored contacts shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $15.00 ship free to all destinations. For orders under $15.00, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies. Special rates may apply to remote areas, which are clearly displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, Mexico, most of Europe, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Chile, and South Africa. Tracking is included on every order.
How do I track my colored contacts order?
You can check your package status any time on our website or through third-party tracking services using your tracking number. If your package is lost or not delivered, contact us immediately and we will help resolve it.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility. Any additional fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment where applicable.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number so we can update the address before your order ships. We always recommend double-checking your address at checkout.
How long do contact lenses take to be delivered?
Most orders arrive within 8–13 business days after the 1–3 business day processing period. Some destinations are faster — for example Singapore (8–9 days) and Japan (9–10 days) — while remote regions like Chile can take 22–24 business days.
Can contact lenses freeze during shipping?
No — our lenses are packaged to protect them during transit, including temperature changes. Contact lens solution is designed to remain stable at normal shipping temperatures. If your package arrives damaged or the solution looks cloudy, contact us immediately.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes. US remote and special areas including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses receive free shipping on orders over $50.00, otherwise a $20.00 flat rate applies.
Can I change my shipping method after ordering?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact our support team with your order number and we will do our best to adjust your shipping method. Once an order has shipped, the original method and tracking apply.
