Shipping Destinations
Orders ship from our distribution centre and are tracked from the moment they leave us. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Fee
Orders under $14.99 are charged a $4.95 shipping fee. Orders of $14.99 and above ship free. A remote area surcharge applies to a small number of postcodes in Australia and New Zealand.
Where Do You Ship From?
CCUS is an online-only business. There is no walk-in shop — every order is packed and dispatched from our distribution centre and delivered to your door, with tracking sent to your email address.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most parcels arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Peak periods such as Halloween, Christmas and major convention seasons can add a few extra days, so if you need your lenses for a specific date, ordering two to three weeks ahead is the safe choice.
Do You Ship Prescription Colored Contacts?
Yes. Prescription lenses ship to the same destinations as plano lenses. Enter your prescription at checkout, and our support team will check it against your order before dispatch. If anything needs clarifying we will email you — usually within one business day.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you will get an email containing the tracking number, which shows the current status at every step. You can also use our order tracking page to check progress at any time.
