30-Day Return Policy

Colored Contacts offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the receipt of your contact lenses to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your contact lenses must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • With original box and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return
  2. We will process your request and provide a return shipping address within 48 hours
  3. Follow the provided instructions to send your package

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-quality returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs
  • Product defects or quality issues: We cover the full cost

Damages and Issues

Inspect your contact lenses upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

  • The lenses are defective
  • The packaging is damaged
  • You received incorrect items
  • There are quality concerns

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  1. Contact the delivery company for confirmation
  2. Send us the confirmation letter
  3. We will replace or refund within 48 hours

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened contact lens packages
  • Used or worn contact lenses
  • Contact lenses without original packaging
  • Contact lenses purchased during final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the contact lenses you have and make a separate purchase for the new ones once the return is accepted.

Refunds

  1. We will notify you after inspecting your return
  2. If approved, you’ll receive the return address
  3. Refund will be processed on your original payment method once we receive the returned items

Note: Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Partial Refund Policy

Buy X Get Y Promotions

In case of stockouts:

  • Customer service will contact you for product substitutions
  • If partial refund is necessary, the amount is calculated as: (Total order amount) ÷ (Total number of products)

Example: $50 order with “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotion
Refund for one out-of-stock item: $50 ÷ 3 = $16.67

Lost Shipments and Delivery Issues

Contact customer service for assistance with:

  • Lost shipments
  • Incorrect address information
  • Undeliverable or destroyed packages

  • We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction

Important: Filing a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback without prior communication may result in a $16-20 processing fee per order, charged by the payment processor. To avoid this fee, always contact our customer service team first.
